Eat right



 










Your body needs vitamins. Vitamins keep your body healthy!


  • Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
  • Drink at least seven glasses of water every day.
  • Don't eat a lot of sweets or drink many fizzy drinks.

Exercise

Exercising is very important. It keeps your heart healthy and you don't get ill easily!

  • Exercise for at least one hour every day.
  • Don't sit in front of the TV for more than two hours.
  • Get at least eight hours of sleep every day.

Keep clean











We should always be clean to stay healthy.
  • Wash your hands before and after meals. 
  • Brush your teeth after every meal.
  • Wash your hands after you cough or sneeze.
  • Have a shower every day 
  • Wash your hands after you use the bathroom.
Keep these habits on.. be the greatest child ever!
